Our estimators know our customers’ buildings inside and out. Each estimate is reviewed and the process of selection on the time, price and ability of quaintly of workmanship is analyzed Producing a great value in terms of the cost for development is the first part of the service we provide. The estimator is also our first line of contact for subcontractors. OCC Construction Corporation already has a wide subcontractor base throughout Texas but we are always looking for new subcontractors and we continue to build relationships with our current subcontractors.
