Contract Administrators
The Contract Administrator is the administrative and accounting backbone of the project. The Contract Administrators is responsible for paying subcontractors and suppliers, invoicing owners, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders, and sending out plans. This position works very closely with the Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Suppliers as a coordination link and a facilitator.
